Are an integral component to this project and every attempt will be made to maximise exposure and create opportunities to promote the business. Packages will be tailored according to the individual needs and desires of the sponsor.
· The Exposure. The property which hosts the breeding operation of ESB has a stadium which will seat around 10,000 people. Several major events are being planned for this facility, including the Pony Club State Championships in May 2009. Signage for Team ESB sponsors will be available at these events. Sponsors will receive their own cross country jump, which will receive recognition on the PA during the event as well as in the program.
· The Website. Banners with links to your website will be promoted on the Team ESB website as well as the ESB website and The Gold Fields Stadium site.
· The Riders. The riders will agree to attach sponsors stickers on their trucks or floats. They will make themselves available for attending and / or speaking at your events if possible. They will wear sponsor merchandise when and where practical.
· At the Event. The sponsor will be listed in the event program
